GCHQ are excited to offer a Diversity Leadership Development Programme.  This programme is aimed at BAME undergraduates who are on target to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in any discipline.

As a successful applicant, you will get a real insight into the broad range of unique opportunities that exist within the organisation, the Future Leaders Diversity Internship Programme will also provide you with a great opportunity to develop yourself.

Requirements


On target to achieve a 2:2 or higher degree subject (expected)

You must be a UK National and eligible to work in the UK

Be in your final two years at university – this can include post graduate studies following your first degree.

Candidates must also be from one or more of the following backgrounds:

Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME)

Location

You will be based in Cheltenham, with the potential for some of your placement to take place at one of our other sites in London and/or the North of England.

Interviews will take place during Summer 2017.
