As a Project Control Officer, you’ll apply your skill with numbers to a wide variety of transformational projects. You’ll be involved in planning, budgets and resource management ensuring our teams have accurate updates and key insights that are crucial to our success. So, whether you’re preparing data for meetings, problem-solving with project managers, or delivering a financial risk workshop, you’ll provide vital support as part of our award-winning Project Management Office.

Our team is made up of individuals from all kinds of professional backgrounds – from teaching to customer service. While we don’t require specific qualifications, you’ll need to be adaptable, organised and detail-orientated. A strong proficiency in MS Office along with a solid understanding of budgets and financial reports, is essential. Since you’ll be collaborating with colleagues, customers, stakeholders, and visitors, being a confident communicator who enjoys working with others is important.

We’ll teach you the rest. You’ll start with a full induction upon joining, followed by on-the-job and tailored training. You’ll join a friendly, knowledgeable community of colleagues with diverse skills, perspectives, and experiences, eager to share their expertise – as well as learn from you. As part of the registration of interest, you’ll be invited to several online events prior to the campaign opening. There will be Insight Events where you can find out more about the role, hear from real staff and have the chance to ask us all questions. We’re also offering a Skills Event that will provide general tips on completing job applications and preparing for interviews. These events will take place on: 

Insight Events – Tuesday 17th September 2024 (1pm and 5pm)
Skills Event - Friday 20th September 2024 (1pm)

The events will last for approximately 1 hour.
