You’ll liaise with members of the eLearning and Multimedia team as well as other Learning and Development (L&D) colleagues to deliver high-quality learning materials. This role would be well suited to a creative individual who is collaborative and adaptable and enjoys taking a positive approach to work and sharing skills and knowledge with others.

You’ll be customer-focused, and able to build great working relationships with internal colleagues, teams, and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the Digital Learning team and oversee their work, while managing your own responsibilities. So, you’ll have excellent time management skills as well as a great eye for detail.

You’ll receive training to ensure you’re up to speed with our preferred authoring tools (Adobe suite and Lectora). Your line manager will work with you to create a personal development plan, with funding allocated to support your ambitions where agreed.

We’ll look to you to review the work of your colleagues, adopt new approaches and ensure our learning content is the best it can be. Plus, with encouragement to develop your leadership and management responsibilities you’ll have support enhancing your career, including opportunities to formalise your training through Diplomas and TAP qualifications.

If you do meet these criteria, we will then ask you to fill out a full application form where you will need to create a log in and provide your full name, email address and a memorable password.
•    Our recruitment team will conduct a sift of your application. Successful applicants will be invited to an interview, where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate key behaviours relevant to the role.
