The Economy and Society Team is responsible for helping organisations and citizens across the UK to protect themselves from Cyber attack. This is a growing team, working across Academia, Education, Charities, Public, SMEs and a number of priority Economic Sectors. This role will be providing support across all the team including those based in Gloucester. This role will also be the internal communications co-ordinator ensuring we communicate what we are doing as a team, and support the Events lead in organising events run by the team.

What will the successful candidate be doing?

- Arrangements for our meetings and events - including room bookings, organising hospitality, maintaining the VMS and coordinating with reception

- Supporting the team and events officer with logistical arrangements for external engagements - liaising with partners and assisting with travel and accommodation plans

- Promoting the work of the Economy & Society team to the wider organisation, to help encourage and develop collaboration - liaising with internal-comms, maintaining our intranet page, and compiling and publishing team news

- Integrating as part of our dynamic and innovative team, you will offer cross-team support as required
