GCHQ, the longest standing code-breaking intelligence agency in the UK, is offering you an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Site Services Team Member at our Bude site.

THE ROLE

The Site Services Team are responsible for keeping the Bude site clean and hygienic on a day to day basis, moving furniture for events and storage, as well as maintaining the vehicle fleet, ensuring the vehicles are clean and in a tidy condition. Other duties will involve collection and destruction of classified waste, stock management of Site Services Store, internal post and courier duties, and occasional driving duties.

The successful candidate must hold a valid UK Driving License.

REQUIREMENTS

- You should have 5 GCSEs grade C/grade 4 or higher including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Able to work independently and in a team using your own initiative to complete tasks.
- Have good customer service skills and effective communication, both verbally and written.
- Manage time and priorities in a busy and demanding role, sometimes at short notice.
