GCHQ, the longest standing code-breaking intelligence agency in the UK, is offering you an exciting opportunity to join our IT Services Department as an IT Asset Administrator.
As an IT Asset Administrator, you will work with and gain exposure to a range of teams across IT Delivery, including, Mobile and Software Asset Management, Cryptography, Media Transfer, Change Management and Application Access Controls.
You will rotate through these team, providing you with the opportunity to develop a range of IT and business skills. You will deal with a range of internal customers, external suppliers, providing customer service, configuring applications, plan and prioritise work, and conduct audits and governance, there will be opportunities to visit other locations. Your customers will range across the organisation and may include everyone from Lawyers to Software Engineers as well as other government agencies and external suppliers.
You will have career pathway to enable you to progress into more technical or business roles in 2 years. You will receive a full training on IT systems and business skills and this offers many opportunities for personal development in an environment that encourages you to widen your experiences.

Minimum qualifications required are 5 GCSEs grade A-C including English Language or relevant IT administrative experience.

Salary of £24,420 (on a pro rata basis if working part-time)
