If you’re looking to start your career after ‘A’ levels (or equivalent), our unique Cyber Security Degree Apprenticeship, will offer you new challenges every day. You’ll get exposure to some of the world’s most cutting-edge technologies along with practical insights into the innovative ways we use them to provide cyber security to our customers and protect the UK. This is a full Degree Apprenticeship like no other.  Working with GCHQ, including the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), you’ll gain unique insights into a world that you won’t find on any other university course.  Our work is constantly evolving and always challenging, giving you lots of opportunities to explore and develop skills in areas such as programming, computing, technical analysis, malware, vulnerability, threat analysis and computer hardware.
 
You‘ll earn while you learn with a starting salary of £22,086 and gain a recognised university degree over the three-year programme.  After successful completion of the Apprenticeship, subject to business needs and you meeting the necessary criteria, you may be offered full-time employment.
 
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals, from all backgrounds, with an aspiration for a career in cyber security. As part of the selection process, you’ll be expected to demonstrate that you have the aptitude to develop a technical understanding of cyber security.  You’ll need to have (or be expecting to have by September 2022), a minimum of 2 ‘A’ Levels at Grade B and 1 ‘A’ level at Grade C in any subject (or equivalent.)
