The Role

Our people are the most important asset we have and as a Campaign Manager in the recruitment team you will be a key part of shaping our workforce and enabling the GCHQ of tomorrow. Working as one of our Campaign Managers you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a recruitment campaign. You will be proactive in promoting an efficient and consistent recruitment service to the department, guaranteeing value for money at all stages.  

You will be accountable for the delivery of multiple recruitment campaigns, overseeing all assessment and selection arrangements for the team.  You will have line management responsibility for the Recruitment Support Officer within your team.

You will have the opportunity to build professional relationships and make effective decisions with customers and our recruitment partners and will continue to build recruitments reputation within the organisation and externally.

Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in Recruitment, ideally within an in-house recruitment team. CIPD qualifications or equivalent are recognised and would be desirable for this role. We would fully support applicants who have a willingness to study towards these qualifications. Experience of contributing to positive change within a recruitment or onboarding service would be useful. We are open to the full range of working patterns, this role will bring significant home-working opportunities, typically 40-60% of your working hours.

You'll have the confidence to manage customers’ expectations around the delivery and diversity of new joiners, ensuring HR policy and employment law is followed at all times.

The role requires regularly reviewing recruitment practices, identifying and introducing improvements to enhance services, create efficiencies, and increase diversity.  You should demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactively seeking solutions when required and identifying and mitigating risks.

Salary

Salary of £28,487 (on a pro rata basis), with the potential to earn skills bonuses and additional payments dependent on experience.

Location

Cheltenham (located within an hour’s journey of Birmingham and Bristol)
