Opportunities are now available in Administrative Support roles at our site in Cheltenham and Manchester.

THE ROLE

We currently have a number of opportunities across the organisation including General Administration, Co-Ordination, Diary Management, Data Processing, Budget Monitoring and Personal Assistants, Data Entry and many others.

You will be carrying out various administrative support responsibilities, using MS Office applications (including MS Word, Outlook, Excel) working with colleagues both in your team and in the wider organisation.

This role will enable you to play a vital part in supporting the delivery of our organisation’s mission.

We will provide you with the support and training required to use and develop your organisational, interpersonal, customer service and communication skills to deliver support to the business area your join – which may be Mission, Corporate Services, Security, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement or Technology depending on what best suits you.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for people from all backgrounds with a passion for providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

If you have a minimum of GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 and above or equivalent and are proficient in the use of MS Office or have relevant administrative support experience we would welcome your application.

SALARY

A minimum salary of £18,920 with the opportunity of internal progression leading to £20,536. Salary will be on a pro rata basis.
