ROLES


Administrative  Support & Diary Managers


You will use your organisational and communications skills to enable you to develop strong lateral links with the areas of the business  which your Business Unit closely works.  In your Administrative Support or Diary Manager role, your typical duties may include:


•    Diary and email management for one or more senior managers.
•    Coordinating and handling visitors, including visit agendas and programmes.
•    Coordinating travel plans and visits to other organisations.
•    Arranging meetings and taking minutes.
•    General record-keeping and administrative tasks.
•    Looking after small budgets.
•    Analysing Data.

REQUIREMENTS

You should have a proactive approach, be able to work independently and be proficient in the use of office applications.


You will be well organised with an attention to detail, a good team player  and have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly with people at all levels.  


You will need to provide evidence of:


•    Effective  time management and the ability to balance competing demands in order to ensure accomplishment of tight deadlines.  
•    Excellent customer focus skills including  understanding and meeting requirements, improving service and effectively managing expectations.  


You  must also have the following:


A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A- C including English Language, experience in the use of standard office applications.
OR
Relevant  administrative support experience and proven use of  standard office applications.

HOURS


37 hours over five days a week (Mon to Fri) , but a compressed four day week  or 30 hours over the five days would also be considered.

SALARY

The basic  starting salary (dependent upon experience)  is currently £17,539
