To support our mission, opportunities are now available in Administrative Support roles at our sites in Cheltenham and London, although numbers are limited in London.

In your role, you will use your organisational and communications skills to develop strong lateral links with the teams in which your Business Unit closely works. Typical duties include:

  • Diary and email management for one or more senior managers
  • Coordinating and handling visitors, including visit agendas and programmes
  • Coordinating travel plans and visits to other organisations
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • General record-keeping and routine tasks
  • Monitoring budgets
  • Analysing, maintaining and manipulating data.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be well organised with an attention to detail, a good team player and have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly with people at all levels.
You will need to provide evidence of:

  • Effective time management and the ability to balance competing demands in order to successfully deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills including understanding, effectively managing expectations and delivering outcomes.


You must also have the following:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C, including English Language and be proficient in the use of standard office applications.

OR

  • Relevant administrative support experience and proven use of standard office applications

We operate a flexible working policy and wherever possible look to accommodate reduced hours or job share options balanced against business needs.

SALARY

A minimum salary of £17,942 and up to £19,861 dependent upon relevant experience. We also offer £2,500 London Weighting if you are offered a role in London. Salary will be on a pro rata basis.
