Technology Roles

£25,500 - £46,000 including bonuses

Our embedded systems teams develop bespoke, specialist products for a wide range of applications. They tend to employ a range of hardware and software skills, including programming in C and C++, firmware design using VHDL and DSP, and high level system and board design.

It's not just implementation skills that we need, but you also need to develop a good understanding of the broader telecommunications and IP environment that we predominantly operate in.

The problems being solved by some teams also require advanced mathematics, signal processing (digital and analogue) or algorithm design skills.

We also have opportunities in our Information Assurance teams using some of these skills to research new risks and issues around the security of electronics, and to assess the security of specific designs and equipment – see the Microelectronic Engineers roles if this also interests you.
