To support our mission, opportunities are now available in Administrative Support roles at our site in Cheltenham.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ROLE

In your role, you will use your organisational and communications skills to develop strong lateral links with the teams in which your business unit closely works.
Typical duties of the role include; coordinating and handling visitors including visit agendas and programmes, coordinating travel plans and visits to other organisations, diary and email management for one or more senior managers, arranging meetings and taking minutes, general record-keeping and routine tasks, monitoring budgets, analysing, maintaining and manipulating data.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for people from all backgrounds with excellent customer service skills, who can successfully deliver against tight deadlines using effective time management skills.
You’ll be well organised with an attention to detail, a good team player and have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly with people at all levels.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C, including English Language and to be proficient in the use of standard office applications or relevant administrative support experience and proven use of standard office applications.

SALARY

A minimum salary of £18,495 with the opportunity of internal progression leading to £20,133. Salary will be on a pro rata basis.

SELECTION PROCESS
