About the Role
As a Business Change Manager in MI6, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of significant changes to our operational and business processes - working within a cadre of BCMs, across a wide range of projects. You will ensure that there is a holistic business perspective underpinning both the changes we make, and the way in which they are introduced into the Service. Working very closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, and alongside other project and programme professionals, you will be responsible for business readiness planning, transition support and detailed change sequencing to secure the optimal level of commitment from stakeholders. You will lead activity to monitor the outcomes of change initiatives and ensure that the stated benefits are realised.
• You will have a proven track record as a Business Change Manager, with at least 3 years of applied experience in multiple change approaches, embedding complex, large-scale change initiatives.
• You will be training for or hold a recognised Business Change qualification (for example APMG, ProSci or equivalent).
• You'll have a good understanding of the change lifecycle, as well as knowledge of best practice business change management standards, tools and techniques.
