In this role, you will use your extensive skills and knowledge as an experienced clinical psychologist to support selection, training, welfare and risk management. This role is focused on assessment, coaching and Consultancy but there are also opportunities to participate in internal and external research and innovation projects. Ethical, evidence-based practise, case formulation and communication skills are central to this role.

Who we are looking for

A clinical psychologist with extensive post-qualification experience, your skills could have been drawn from a variety of contexts. For instance, you may have worked in adult mental health, personality disorder services, addictions or forensic services. You will have experience of assessment and formulation of complex cases, and of working with multidisciplinary teams to manage risk and support optimal functioning under pressure.

Additional skills and knowledge in forensic psychology, occupational psychology, organisational consulting or execute coaching are desirable but not essential for this role because extensive continuing professional development and supervision will be provided. An awareness of the social impact of new technology and cultural awareness, foreign language skills and experience of other cultures will be an advantage but can also be acquired in this role.

Requirements:
