Role: Vetting Support Officer (broadly equivalent to Civil Service AO)

Salary: London: £29,073

Summary: The Vetting Support Officer role sits at the heart of Vetting, enabling the successful delivery of casework in a busy and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing priorities and progressing vetting casework; providing vetting services to internal and external customers; and assisting with complex vetting queries. The successful post holder will be a team-player with strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently and effectively with colleagues at all grades.

Summary: This is a critical analyst role supporting the overall recruitment and vetting pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis on multiple systems; producing well written analytical reports; and building and maintaining good customer relations and strong working relationships with Vetting Officers. The successful post holder will be a proactive, organised individual, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage their own caseload.
