The resourcing team ensure we have the right people in the right place and at the right time, to enable us to deliver our mission critical work. The Recruitment team deliver external recruitment campaigns to search for new talent. The Non-Employee Workforce team source and manage the non-permanent members of our workforce, including external contractors and secondees. The EDI team support the attraction and recruitment of diverse candidates, ensuring our workforce reflects the nation we protect. The Strategic Workforce Planning team uses workforce insights and analytics to influence strategic people planning.

 
Role: Recruitment Campaign Manager (broadly equivalent to HEO)
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £37,488
 
Summary: Recruitment Campaign Managers are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial campaign planning to successful delivering diverse new recruits into the business. As a Campaign Manager you will work with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs; work with our external recruitment partner to plan and deliver new campaigns; run interviews and assessment centres; quality assess the work of the wider team; and ensure timely delivery of new recruits in line with targets. You may also have line management responsibility for a small team of Recruiters. The successful post holder will be delivery-focussed and have strong stakeholder management skills.

Summary: Recruiters are involved in the end-to-end recruitment process from initial campaign planning to successfully delivering diverse new recruits into the business. As a Recruiter your responsibilities will include assessing and interviewing candidates, often as the lead assessor; providing essential support to Recruitment Campaign Managers including helping to set up campaigns; reporting on campaign progress; and liaising with external recruitment candidates. The successful post holder will be delivery-focused and have strong communication skills.

Summary: The Recruitment Support team is pivotal to effectively and efficiently progressing candidates throughout our recruitment processes. As a Recruitment Admin Lead, you’ll be responsible for recruitment admin activities, including issuing contract and responding to candidate queries, and will collaborate with Recruiters and Campaign Managers to drive new recruits into the business. This role offers high levels of responsibility and autonomy. The successful post holder will be highly organised with good customer service and leadership skills.

Summary: The EDI team work as part of the wider Recruitment team to support the attraction and recruitment of diverse candidates. As an EDI Admin Officer, you’ll provide administrative support to the EDI team, as well as delivering marketing and engagement projects in collaboration with the Project Leads. EDI is key to our recruitment strategy so you can expect to work closely with wider recruitment stakeholders. The successful post holder will have good organisational skills, high levels of attention to detail, and should have an interest in EDI.
 

Role: Non-Employee Workforce Team Leader (broadly equivalent to SEO)

Summary: The Non-Employee Workforce team are responsible for the delivery and management of non-permanent members of staff into our organisation. As a Team Leader you’ll be responsible for leading and managing the Non-Employee Workforce team (including line management); understanding the requirements of the business and advising managers accordingly; and acting as a key point of escalation for your team and stakeholders. The successful post holder will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.


Role: Non-Employee Workforce Strategy HR Officer (broadly equivalent to HEO)

Summary: The Non-Employee Workforce team are responsible for the delivery and management of non-permanent members of staff into our organisation. As a Strategy HR Officer, you’ll help shape the future of the Non-Employee Workforce team as we transition to a new HR system. You’ll also be involved in the creation and implementation of new strategy and play a key role in the future of Resourcing. The successful post holder will evidence strategic thinking and be customer orientated. A background in business analysis may be useful in this role.

Summary: The Non-Employee Workforce team are responsible for the delivery and management of non-permanent members of staff into our organisation. As a HR Officer, you’ll work with the Strategy HR Officer to help shape the future of the Non-Employee Workforce team as we transition to a new HR system. You’ll also be involved in the creation and implementation of new strategy and play a key role in the future of Resourcing. The successful post holder will demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a delivery focus.


Role: Non-Employee Workforce Admin Officer (broadly equivalent to AO)

Summary: The Non-Employee Workforce team are responsible for the delivery and management of non-permanent members of staff into our organisation. As an Admin Officer your responsibilities will include carrying out initial candidate checks; progressing contractors and secondees through the onboarding process; working closely with vetting to monitor the progress of candidates; and liaising with external stakeholders. The successful post holder will have good communication and organisational skills, and high levels of attention to detail.


Role: Strategic Workforce Planning (broadly equivalent to HEO)
Location: London and Cheltenham
Salary: London: £39,454

Summary: Strategic Workforce Planning work closely with HR Business Partners and Recruitment to ensure that we bring in the right people at the right time to meet our organisation’s needs. In this role you’ll use your analysis skills to interpret MI and data from across the Resourcing teams and wider business; provide insight and reporting to customers across the agencies; and make workforce planning recommendations. The successful post holder will evidence strategic thinking, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and be comfortable working large data sets. A background in business analysis would be useful in this role.
